Jeffersonville Bristol adds new menu items
The Bristol Bar and Grille’s Jeffersonville location, 700 W. Riverside Drive, has added several new dishes to its revised menu. New menu items:
Josh’s Hummus ($8, lunch and dinner)
Middle Eastern chickpea mousse with grilled pita bread, pepperoncini peppers, onions, tomatoes, feta cheese and olives.
Flatbread Turkey Reuben ($9, lunch only)
Grilled flatbread with smoked turkey, coleslaw and Swiss cheese, served hot with potato chips.
House-made Veggie Burger ($9, lunch and dinner)
House made patty of beans, rice, vegetables and herbs. Served on a Kaiser bun with lettuce, tomato, oil, avocado, roasted pepper mayonnaise and a fruit cup.
Pad Thai ($9; lunch/$14; dinner)
Noodles sautéed with bean sprouts, egg, green onions, mushrooms and peppers in a tamarind soy sauce with cilantro and basil. Available with chicken ($2) or shrimp ($3).
Jager Schnitzel ($19, dinner only)
Breaded scaloppine of veal topped with sautéed onions, mushrooms and demi—glace. Served with mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day.
