I know....I'm always a few months (or more) behind the crowd. Anyway, we stopped at Ghyslain for after-church brunch this morning, and I loved it. We split a pot of excellent French Press coffee. I had the Greek Quiche with a cup of fruit salad as my side. The quiche was perfect, and the simply-prepared fruit salad was as good as it gets. Becky had the California salad with shallot vinaigrette and pronounced it excellent as well. We didn't have dessert (sigh) but based on looks alone I would have taken the entire dessert case home if that were possible. I'll definitely be back, and look forward to eating outside when the weather warms up.
