Hello everyone! Hope you are having a good day. I am writing in search for a last minute donation. We are having an auction Sunday to help send our students from our church to Haiti this summer to help with relief work and the building of a camp. I have put off posting this request as I know how many requests you all get, and we have had some success in the past couple of years with people donating service that they bought themselves so we did not have to go and ask business directly. That hasn't happened this year as we had hoped in terms of food/restaurant items so I am now turning to you.
We have had some wonderful items donated by individuals inside and outside our church that I would love to be able to pair a nice dinner with. I understand how many requests you all get and I realize how much so many of you already do for wonderful groups in our city, so if this request cannot be granted I understand completely. Thanks so much for all you do.
6 years ago a big night out for me was at O'Charley's. Because of the people on this forum I have had my eyes opened to the wonderful locally owned restaurants this city has to offer. So whether you can help or not, thank you for what you do!
