Any idea who is cooking for the class?

Andrew,
I have no idea...Usually they get one of the (local) teams to prepare the meat. They typically prepare some -good- BBQ and also some -bad- BBQ so you kinda get an idea of what you're looking for. Personally I think they could dispense with preparing the -bad- BBQ and just point you toward a couple of local BBQ restaurants (which I shall not mention by name).

I know Hot Racks and BBQ Stacks cooked for the Munfordville class last year. Just wondered if they were doing this one. I'm already a judge. I took the class down in Kuttawa in 2010.
