Chef Anthony Lamas will kick off his latest Latin Dinner Series on Wednesday, March 21 at Seviche with a dinner showcasing Peruvian cuisine.
The Latin dinners will take place monthly; guests can talk with the chef while sampling his modern interpretations of indigenous flavors. Upcoming dinners will include the cuisine of Colombia, Puerto Rico, Brazil and El Salvador. The cost of each dinner is $85 per person, plus tax and gratuity, which includes a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception beginning at 6:30 p.m. and a five-course dinner with wine pairings at 7 p.m. For reservations, call Seviche at (502) 473-8560.

Sliced skirt steak with garlic parsley fries, chimichurri and demi-glace
Arroz con Leche
Rice pudding with canela (Mexican cinnamon), nutmeg brown sugar crisp and pisco sour sorbet
