Anyone know what that is going in next to Krispy Kreme in the Gardiner Lane Shopping Center? It's hard to tell if it's going to be a food establishment or a cell phone store.

So is frozen yogurt the new Hawaiian shaved ice? Those places used to be everywhere and they all went under pretty quickly. Are we on a frozen yogurt bubble?
