Brunch at Salena's

by Will Crawford » Wed Feb 08, 2012 12:11 pm

We had a great brunch at Salena's last Sunday.
We started off with a couple of cups of Gumbo. Great stuff. Great spices and lots of meat. Chris also sent out some Beignets. Wow. They are awesome. I had the Eggs Benedict and Ruth the Mediterranean omelet. Both were very good. We sat next to the fire and after a couple of glasses of Toasted Head Chardonnay it was hard to leave. Chris was an awesome host and we will be back.

We were also there Sunday for brunch and like you had an excellent meal :!: I have the Creole omelet and my wife has the eggs Benedict. Of course we had Beignets because they go with any breakfast! Selena's is probably our most common brunch go to place!
