Jason G wrote:I really can't understand why you would put another pizza place in St. Matthews. Seriously, there are other places in the city that might like a good pizza place with 50 taps.
Rich S wrote:Mellow Mushroom is aiming to open in St. Matthews in early August, according to a recent story in the Courier-Journal.
Has anyone else heard rumors about a second Mellow Mushroom on Blankenbaker Parkway, across from Southeast Christian Church? If you Google Mellow Mushroom and Blankenbaker, you find what appear to be construction plans for a restaurant (I'm unable to actually view the plans to see if they list an exact address).

I look forward to them opening.
