F.A.B.D. gone on Bardstown Rd

The Highlands location sign is gone and the windows are covered with newspapers.

Knew they should of named it B.R.B.D instead ... too confusing !

There is a new lounge opening in the space soon...not sure of name, but sounds like it should be nice!

I always thought this was a cool spot begging for a home to a good idea.

I looked into this space for my Cheezer concept. The rent was right on for what I wanted to spend, it was a comfortably sized space to start off and it was a good location.

Apparently I wasn't the only one that thought so as there was a faxed intent to lease 3 days after the building went on the market. I wasn't fast enough

Im curious to see what is going in there now..
