My bestest bud from High School, as is our tradition, took me to dinner last night and I choose to go see Chef Anthony Lamas and company at Seviche', and trust, he lived up to his stance as among the best of the best in our fair city.
Now, when the reservation was made, it was metioned that it a birthday celebration, and Anthony made sure that it was a special evening. A special pre appitizer nibble of a petite version of the beet salad showed up for us that was incredable. As expected, the meal was prepared to perfection, served with polite elegance by Josh, and we never fell hurried, nor ignored.
I had a wonder Lamb Trio special that was on the menu that was prepared to perfection. My guest had the famous fillet that drew praise and pleasurable growns from across the table. Also, as a birthday treat, Anthony sent out a trio samplier of desserts for us to enjoy.
Needless to say, we both waddled out of there, full, happy and cheery from a incredable evening.
My thanks goes to Anthony, and to Josh. You guys made this contribution to my 50th birthday weekend wonderful!
