Its good! i found this place a while back when my husband was coming home late from work.... he called me from the expressway and said he just wanted some White Caste....
i couldnt do that to him, so i was actually trying to find him some tacos somewhere when i passed by this place. went in and spoke to the owner for quite a bit..... hes really into it. and he is genuinely nice.
His ribs are good.... really nice smoke flavor on them.... pork is good.... brisket even better..... smoked wings are great... skin not the best though, but still tasty. Everything is moist, not dried out. Our only thing is that the meats could use a bit more seasoning..... just a bit..... but, we like things heavily seasoned.
The sides... so-so....really, really small. and the only one that we think is really worth getting are his beans.
i will say this.... we recently had the Holy Smokes guy that sets up his rig in Jeffersonville a few days a week for lunch.... and Harleys is wayyyyyyyyyy better than him....i mean, way better... Harleyz has him beat in everything.... especially personality and attitude.
