Building on E Market Needs Concept

by Geoff Wilkinson » Tue Jan 24, 2012 11:32 pm

Robin was kind enough to allow me to post this request. If you want further details, please PM me and we can talk...

I represent a developer that is interested in a building at the corner of E Market and Campbell. But we need a concept. Developer would build to suit & lease back to an established operator that would like to be in this area. Total building is aprox 6K square feet, with aprox 2-4K avail as front of house (1st & 2nd floor). We are open to various deal structures. Let me know if you'd like to discuss further.

Thanks,
Geoff

I assume that's the A-1 Upholsterers? I'm no developer, but as someone interested in the growth of that area, I would love to see a local pharmacists go in there, with an inexpensive lunch counter - sort of hip retro. I've heard people say they wish there were actually somewhere in NuLu to get cheap eats; and the area, if it is to begin to draw population, must have ordinary services like groceries and drug stores, etc.

It strikes me that if that building is on the market, it would be perfect for these experiments:http://candychang.com/i-wish-this-was/ (I wish said, "I wish this were"!

That's the building. If the windows get covered with stickers soon I'll keep quiet!

Don't worry about the stickers: " The stickers are vinyl and they can be easily removed without damaging property."
