Ditto. I miss this the most from Kim's. Her Hot and sour soup is a close second.

Kim's makes a good Dolsot bibimbap. By default they put the whole egg on the top, and overcook it. Just ask for the egg how you like it.
Maybe we'll luck out with these new places too!
