Liang's Chinese Cafe

Went for lunch today. Big sign advertising a restaurant auction. I am sad to see them go. The potstickers and sweet and sour soup were some of the best I have tried.

Sad...I have to say that I didn't eat there all that much after Red Pepper opened and I never got back in the habit after they closed.

We tried ordering last night and the phone just rang and rang:( This makes me very sad. I saw Roland in Costco last weekend...I wish him the best. He was always so welcoming and gracious.

Is this the one in Springhurst? If so- damn! I just switched to them versus Great Wall 888 for most of our carry-out.

Very sad,

Nooooooo! :( We ate there as much as we could but we have been busy lately. Can't believe we won't get to share meals with our two boys there anymore. It was their favorite place and Roland and his staff were always so accomodating. Very upset with this news. If anyone knows where he and his staff wind up, let me know...we will miss seeing them.
