I'm a fan of Jade Palace.

The one at Oriental House on Shelbyville road isn't large, but I thought the food was really good!

Jumbo Buffet in Stoney Brook is pretty decent as far as Chinese Buffets go. I ate lunch there last week and spotted a couple of other foodservice chef types eating there too, if that tells you anything:D They are in bad need of an update in the dining room though.

Is the one in the center where Shalimar is still open? That used to have a very Asian clientele . . .

I'll second Dan's vote of Jumbo (yes, we run into each other there).....good food, and lunch downright cheap for what you get.
If life's a Banquet, what's with all the Tofu?

Cheers!

I've always been a huge fan of Oriental House. I was in the neighborhood today at the lunch hour and stopped in (after the usually-painful trip to Best Buy). Had the buffet, and I have to say it was really the most bland set of dishes I've had in some time. I was really surprised. In addition to know taste, anything that had been deep-fried was hard as rocks.

I'll definitely continue to visit Oriental House, but I think my buffet experiment was a fail.
