I was just reading on Consuming Louisville that is another food truck coming to town. This one is going to have gourmet burgers may from grace fed beef. They're also going to have vegetarian items. Here's the article: Grind burger truck

Louisville will get saturated with food trucks this summer. I have personally spoken with a dozen people currently trying to build trucks or that already have their trucks operational.
