Bad Review Get Chewed out by Owner

"There is no such thing as bad publicity"

This is probably the third story of the type where a restaurant owner or worker has personally insulted a customer. Either there more occurrences or there it is starting to garner more national headlines.

Applications such as Yelp, Facebook, and Twitter are great for businesses (like, can be game changing) but it seems that some owners think they a part of the "anonymity" of the internet (WRONG) which allows them to be combative with customers.

"Keyboard courage" is the term the kids use I believe...

But I have to admit. I find justice in the fact that Boners BBQ is getting HAMMERED from this. Humility is an awkward term for some as it seems they let their establishment blow up their ego to a point where they think they are bullet proof. Yes, a lot of customers don't understand the rigors of the food business yet, you NEVER act this way if you want to succeed. Just my opinion but "Boners" deserves the heat. It should have never gotten to this point. They may see a spike in business due to this round of publicity but if you're looking for staying power, I think this is the wrong wrong wrong way to go.

So your saying "Boners" is lacking staying power...
The tall one wants white toast, dry, with nothin' on it.
And the short one wants four whole fried chickens, and a Coke.

It seems the owner realized his half cocked reaction fell flat with his patrons. Given a second chance he might still rise to the occasion.
