I had to google it. Aha. Posole is how I know this from my days in Santa Fe. I would love to find some good posole or pozolé, pozolli.

Seviche had posole on their New Year's Day buffet. Perhaps it will reappear sometime as a special, or show up on the menu, or perhaps you could call and ask if they could whip you up some one night.

Sergio's has pozole on the menu. I cannot attest to its quality, never having tried it. I will say that, while not fine dining, the Mexican bar food there is usually pretty solid.

I've had it at least a couple of the mexican taquerias on Preston Highway. Luna's Rotisserie for one (my favorite these days). Most recently I was at a place that I don't think has been open for very long - one of the first ones you hit on the right hand side past grade lane, sorry I can't remember the name. They're authentic in food, but give full table service and more dimly lit lighting. They had a few soups, I believe, including menudo. Luna's also has menudo (heck they all do, but most only run it on Sundays), but I'm not a fan at all of tripe. Smells too much like a wet animal to me.

I think Justin is supposed to report back as to whether or not a place in Lyndon has pozole - there was talk of it in another thread.

Seviche used to run it frequently, as well as tinga. Tinga is chipolte-chicken-lime soup with caramelized onion in a thin fiery broth. I always liked it as much as Pozole.

Ernesto's (my favorite chain) has a soup called xchotle (sp?) - pronounced "so-chel", which is a chicken and rice soup topped with avocado, pico, and cilantro. I absolutely love it, but haven't been in a while since a couple of friends stopped taking me there for hangover Sundays.

Mi Patria did. It should be a weekend offering at any taqueria.

La Rosita usually has pazole or menudo on weekends. They post a hand written sign in the window.
