Birthday Dinner Tonight?

by Ian C Hall » Wed Jan 11, 2012 1:46 pm

I am taking my wife out for her birthday dinner tonight and am looking for some guidance. Thats the problem with working in the restaurant biz, I never time to go out and when you make time there are so many places I want to hit up I can't decide. Something intimate, great food and atmosphere. Ian

Ian,

I recommend MarketPlace at TheatreSquare or Volare. Both have atmosphere worthy of a special night out with your wife ( particularly as I know this is a rare treat), with wonderful food to match.

Have a wonderful evening!

Varanese, Rivue, Basa, or Proof

Ian, I'd second both Basa and Varanese. If you / your wife are big "meat-eaters", I'd also throw out Palermo Viejo.

I concur with Deb's recommendation of Volare
Great food, service and ambience for a night out, especially on a chilly one like tonight. We can do a little something special for dessert and if available (can't make any promises) we can bring your wife a blown candy apple filled with cake and fresh fruit!

Give us a call to make a reservation (502)894-4446.

Hope to see you there, if not Happy Birthday to your wife and enjoy your evening.
