Before Chef Gabrielle Hamilton opened her popular New York restaurant Prune, she spent 20 years trying to find purpose and meaning in her life. Hamilton’s memoir, Blood, Bones & Butter, tells her unconventional story through the many kitchens she has inhabited over the years.
