Attention beer lovers.

by Eric Holloman » Sat Jan 07, 2012 1:35 am

Come see me at against the grain and Sergio's. I rarely post on here. Just trying to spread the love and knowledge of good beer with good people. Being a server myself I've had great times at both places. Keep the craft movement going people. Also I can't wait for Leah and her crew to bring more to the table. 2012 is going to be great for the craft beer in the ville.

Maybe convince Leah D. that some publicity mighty be good. She should come tell us what Apocalypse Brewing is all about.

I was priveledged enough to go to leah's halloween party this year and was blown away with the quality and variety of home brews there. I must admit that most home brews i have had taste like a three letter word that rhymes with sass, but not leahs. she is on top of her game.

I'd also like to see some publicity about Apocalypse. I've been trying to keep track of it by looking at the photos they post on Facebook:

I'm ashamed to admit I hadn't heard of this brewery. But now I can't wait for it to open.

Currently I'm doing a Louisville brewery/brewing scene overview for Food & Dining magazine. It will be published in the issue that comes out just before Derby. So far, I've heard back from Against the Grain, BBC St Matthews/3rd/4th, Falls City, and of course NABC. This is another reminder to Cumberland and BBC Main & Clay that I need info ... and to Apocalypse, too.
