Mojito Brunch--Last Day Today

by Ed Vermillion » Sun Oct 21, 2007 2:02 pm

Just got back from the sublime brunch at Mojito. My sister and her husband called us from there this morning and told us today is the last day for brunch as next Sunday they will go back to menu items. So, with 60 minutes left run right over and enjoy. They also have new hours posted. I will miss the brunch but my waistline gets a break!

Damn! I nearly went today. I will miss the buffet- but at least we can still order from the menu.
Thanks again for introducing me to Mojito, Ed. I've been there many times now and never been disappointed.

Fernando,

Why did you discontinue the Sunday brunch buffet?

Sonja:

We try the buffet for 2 month expecting to do a little more business, some Sundays we were busy, but some others we weren’t because a lot of people wanted the regular menu, so that's why we are going with the regular menu. I'm really sad to do this because I know that we were putting out a really good brunch, but I guess in the end the costumer is always right and the majority of people wanted the regular menu. But nothing is been lost we are going to be open now for longer hours on Sundays and we are planning to do the brunch only for special occasions, like mothers day and fathers day.

Casey, it has been in the past, and I assume it still is. Probably best to call and check, though: 425-0949

Yes, Mojito is open for lunch on saturday and every day of the week. We used to close on break but now we are open all the way thru the day. I'm sorry Amy but we don't take reservations the restaurant is to small to hold tables for reservations. Fernando.

As usual, the food and service were fantastic. The new menu looks great and the duck was fantastic !! I can't wait to see Fernando's next venture, after returning with new inspirations from France.
