Whadda ya think Steve P? Ever see anything like this roll up on the BBQ circuit? :D

Don't see this one getting through the city's licensing process. Seriously though, they've got to go through some unbelievable quantities of meat to keep that thing running.

I'm not so sure it would have any problems passing licensing in Louisville. It's got hot and cold running water and refrigeration as well as its own electrical source! Here are the specifications as well as some more pictures of it: Outlaw Grill Specs

Most competitions only give you a 20x30 foot space so he'd have a rough time with parking at a comp. It looks like most of the trailer is kitchen with a couple pits on board.

That's a kewl lookin' rig. I've seen some pretty amazing rigs on the competition circuit but nothing like this. There is a semi-truck rig that Johnsonville (Brats, etc) brings to a few of the NASCAR races but it is just a giant grill (no smoker, etc).
