Agree with Todd. White Castle may be jumping the shark here as they tinker with the space-time continuum. Some things are just the basic building blocks of our universe and shouldn't be messed with.

E=mc2
Drink->Get drunk->sliders->pass out.
etc.

And seeing as how they're testing this in Lafayette, punters may get confused, get drunk at White Castle, and then stumble over to get burgers at:

The timestamp on your post reveals that you are a freak of nature. Who's funny that early in the morning?

Aha! Mystery solved - thank you. My paradigms remain intact.

The Lafayette store offering liquor has both standard sliders, and a range of BBQ sandwiches. The BBQ comes with Southern, Asian, Hot, other sauces, and the sandwiches are (relatively) inexpensive and quite large (6-8 oz of pulled pork, sliced brisket, pulled chicken smoked meats). The beer especially would match quite well with the Q.

While all this takes place in a standard White Castle restaurant, the sandwiches are very different from the slider concept!
