Sweet. It'll make the run up to Jungle Jim's that much more enjoyable.

Just kinda FYI though, the article states it will be located near the "I-71/I-75 split"...just to clarify, they are talking about the 71/75 split on the OHIO side. The store is actually right off of I-471 just before the Ohio river bridge...so basically think "minutes" from downtown Cincy but a full 25 minute haul up I-471 from Erlanger.

The 71/75 split on the Ohio side is at the end of the Brent Spence bridge...?

And this isn't going to be at either split, or along 71/75 at all. It'll be in Newport, closer to 471. Business first kinda screwed up that part of the story.

And Steve, from Erlanger isn't it faster to cross the river on 71/75 and then come back across on 471? That's the way I've always gone to Newport.

Technically in Bellevue, I think, but not a big difference. 8)

Jeff...I travel I-71 through Columbus on my way to NE Ohio at least once and usually twice a month. The -only- thing I can guarantee is that which ever way I choose to go on a particular day (e.g. 471around Cincy or I-71/75 through downtown Cincy) the way I DON'T go is going to be faster on that particular day. :?

Without traffic it would be, although that rarely happens anymore. Erlanger has I-275 though to help out there. Much closer to the river and it would be faster to go through Ohio if it's clear.

My nephew just got a new job delivering liquor and his route is Covington and my Sister said they were about to add some places in Newport to his route..sounds like this place may have to have its own route.

If you have not been there, Party Source is already an extremely large retail beverage outlet. I worked for Ken Lewis at the Springhurst Party Source when it first opened. I wish him better luck that when he opened Brew Works at The Party Source. This will be the second or third expansion of that location.

The KY Post story (linked from Biz First) says while the current store is in Bellevue, the new one will be across the Newport line.
