Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch chain coming to Louisville +

According to this article in the Courier Journal: New daytime cafe coming to Louisville and Lexington. The chain presently has 90 restaurants in 12 states. It will be interesting to see how they do against the already established locals in that niche market!

We have eaten at First Watch in Ft. Myers, Florida and Cincinnati, Ohio. Their food and prices are OK and I'd choose them again while traveling. Same with Panera. But neither will get our business here in Louisville - too many good local options for both breakfast and lunch.
