Robin, they just announced the beer pairings so I've taken the liberty of copying it from their facebook page.

Welcoming Beer Mimosa: Bell’s Oarsman, Orange Juice

Norwood Gougers
Petrus Oud Bruin
&
Coffee Cheese Crostini
(bacon, caramelized onion, chive)
Oppigårds Amarillo

Scrambled Eggs
(kentucky spoonfish caviar, Tomme de Nena, crepes, creme fraiche)
Blaugies Saison D’Eperature

Croque Madame
(blue dog bread, proscuitto, St. Jerome, mornay sauce)
Mikkeller Frelser

Barren Co. Bleu Waffle
(oranges, pomegranate, candied walnuts, maple syrup)
De Molen Cease & Desist

I was fortunate enough to attend a Founder's brunch the Holy Grale did a few months ago, and I'm really looking forward to this one.
