Just got done inhaling a full slab dinner from KBC, formerly known as Bourbon Bros., and I am in heaven. My wife scarfed up all the greenbeans in about five gulps, they are perfectly (to us) seasoned without any of this barely cooked theory of cooking that so many places apply to veggies.

They have been open a few days now, the interior looks great with plenty of seating. There are many new (to us) menu items like a shrimp boil and wings, have to try them next time. I love BBQ (true BBQ), have been a longtime devotee of Bootleg but these are my fav.

I must now cleanoff the keyboard and my fingers, man it was a good dinner.

Is there a menu online somewhere for the new Kentucky BBQ Company or are there hours posted somewhere? I would like to get there for lunch one day.

I don't think they have a menu posted online but they are open Monday-Saturday at 11:00 AM.
