Commercial Kitchen space/Small Restaurant for rent

We are currently looking for space to operate a small custom baking/light catering operation. We do not plan for retail walk in traffic at this point as we are currently delivering all of our products. Because we are a small start up our budget is relatively tight.

If anyone knows of any commercial kitchen space available or any restaurant space which is currently sitting empty we would be willing to operate on a month-to-month basis while you are looking for a permanent tenant and we are saving money for a permanent location.

The space I know of is looking for a long term lease(3 years). Not a month to month. But it would be ideal for what you are talking about.
