Burger's market has a small but very good butcher counter too.
If you want locally raised meats, I'd check out the Root Cellar:
http://louisvillerootcellar.com/He has a great selection of all varieties of poultry (I think it's all free range), lots of locally raised, pastured pork, bison from KY Bison co, grass fed (but not all grass finished, I believe) beef, etc. Mostly from producers you would come across at Douglass Loop, Deer Park or St Matthews farmers markets, except he's open at times other than Saturday morning.
