I went to Bourbon's Bistro for cocktails last week and noticed the new fall menu. The new appetizers include pork belly and steak tartare. I doubt anything can compare to my absolute favorite, the duck confit streudel, but I can't wait to try the new items.
On another note, they also carry my absolute favorite bourbon, Noah's Mill. That stuff is addictive. It's slightly nutty, with hints of vanilla- and is 114.3 proof. Mmmm, mmmmm, mmmmm!!!
