I hope they do better in that space than anyone else has! It's seen at least three restaurants that I can remember, maybe more. Especially now that the parking is so bad because of Havana Rhumba it's going to be a struggle for anyone to make it for any place that needs parking in the evening. I've also heard (unconfirmed) that the landlord is very difficult to work with.

I got the same info straight from the horses mouth...that being the owner of the former Pig City BBQ. According to him, the guy who manages (owns ???) the property is a MAJOR dickweed.
