Fall/Winter Menu at AP Crafters Kitchen & Bar

AP Crafters Kitchen & Bar has launched a fall/winter menu. New menu items range from braised short rib tacos, pan seared salmon with wilted spinach, pulled pork sandwich with bacon jam and fried pickle chips to a warm rum raisin bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream.

Among the new menu additions:

AP Ultimate Chili – premium ground beef, smokey pasilla peppers.

Black & Blue Fondue – seared prime beef pieces, balsamic cherry tomatoes, toasted brioche and Blue cheese sauce for dipping.

Nacho Average Nachos – crisp fries, slow roasted pork, aged cheddar, green chili jam.

Short Rib Tacos – braised short ribs, sweet pickled vegtables, fresh cilantro, grilled flour tortillas.

Pacific Fish Tacos – grilled white fish, anch chili cabbage, salsa fresca, fresh lime.

BBQ pork Sammy – pulled pork, swiss cheese, bacon jam, red onions, fried pickle chips.

Steak Frites- hand-cut grilled ribeye, herb butter, fries, vinaigrette dressed baby greens.

Pan Seared Salmon- Atlantic salmon, wilted spinach, cherry tomatoes, honey balsamic glaze.

Rum Raisin Bread Pudding-scratch made bread pudding, rum sauce, vanilla bean ice cream.

A new selection of craft inspired beers including Hoptimus NABC and Schlafly Winter ESB will be featured along with AP Crafter’s selection of unique spirits and worldly wine list, with over 20 wines by the glass.

Sounds like they made some interesting additions but I'm certainly not sure about cheese and some of the other stuff on a BBQ sandwich! If it's good Q it doesn't need a lot of supporting characters.
