Congratulations to Chefs Andy and Ryan on their great article in Leo today! Glad to see the writer liked the food as much as we have; the praise was really well-deserved.

Zagat trended in the '80s.

For the record, in case anybody is wondering, that wasn't really a review. It was the monthly Locavore column, which (along with Marsha's Industry Standared) occupies LEO's dining space in the last issue of every month, which I take off. Note that it was more of an interview than a review, although Christian did report that the food is nummy. 8)

Amended, Robin. :D Still really glad to see them getting some positive attention- as you know I think they are doing great things there.

So is "nummy" an official Food Critic word, or Christian's?
Deb

P.S. Those carrots were "da Bomb". I think Andy said they get them from Garey Farms- I had no idea they grew as many beautiful and flavorful varieties of baby carrots as there were in the dish- every color imaginable.

I read the pig head in the photo became fromage de tere. NUMMY! It's no bisicle but I'd have to try the head cheese as well.
I’ll regret this tomorrow…

Nummy is an awesome word and I'm glad Robin is giving it the attention it deserves!

Mark,

Thanks for the "heads" up: I've never had head cheese before and I may need to go try it there. :D
