Holy Moly--will you be staying in town?

Our whole family ate at Stratto's just a few weeks back and everyone, even our slightly picky teenagers, had a great meal and good time. You did a very good job there.

Hope you land well and not too far away.

Its not too far away, I will be the new Executive Chef @ Jeff Rubys Waterfront in Covington/Cincinnati. Im very happy to hear that you & your family enjoyed your experience. I expect nothing to change in the future from Jerome as he takes the reigns in the kitchen. I wish everybody a wonderful holiday season & a great New Year. Tony has left the building.

Thanks to all

Jerome will do very well. He spent much time in the Brown kitchen. We enjoyed his cooking for years at the Coach Lamp. We hope he can replicate his soul food combo from the Coach Lamp with the best greens in town.

Thank you, Tony, for your and your staff's flexibility and willingness to please. We dine at Stratto's frequently and I am always allowed to "change/screw up" your wonderful specials to meet my dietary preferences!

PS: We love the grilled meatloaf... and we will miss you! Good Luck!

Good Luck at Jeff Ruby's Chef Tony, I know you'll be great there just as you were at Stratto's! Thanks for all your help and guidance, you will be greatly missed by all the staff.

Our new Chef Jerome Pope has caught on swiftly to your menu and has things under control. He also has some great idea's to move Stratto's forward into the new year. Everyone make sure to come check us and our new Chef out and give us some feedback!
