Hi all!

I asked Robin if I could post our new hours on the forum. You may have seen our ad pop in and out of the Louisville Hotbytes web page. Starting this Saturday we are open all day from 11:30 am to 10:00 pm and 11:30 am to 8:00 pm Sunday. We will be offering a brunch menu, along with our regular menu, on Sundays from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm. We hope you can join us. If you want a peak at the menu and a few photos of the products we will be offering just click on this link:

Damn, I will be all over one of those breakfast pizzas soon. Madeline, do you plan on bringing back the lobster roll pizza? We really wanted to try one of those also, but didn't make in. Thanks

Well Lobster season is coming up. I will talk to Chef Mike about featuring it again. I know we sold a lot of those pies

Madeline, we've been in three times and my family loves your pizza! Your restaurant is terrific as is but when will the beer taps be in?
I'm a bitter drinker....I just prefer it that way

Shane thanks so much for your comments. We are in the process of building out the second floor and that is where the walkin cooler will be located with the kegs. The restaurant has all the lines plumbed so we just have to run them through the chase and hook up the taps to the bar. We are completely ready to drop the lines in. I do have to tell you as a family business arguments were going against taps since it was not hurting business. I was in despair trying to explained to the family how important beer and taps are to this region. It was the young ones in the family that convinced the older ones of the importance of providing draft beer. Thank God for my nieces and nephews!
