You’ve enjoyed the fun, good taste and educational benefits of wine dinners. Now try it with excellent coffee added to the mix!
Consumers Choice Coffee will co-sponsor a Global Coffee Dinner with Winston's Restaurant on Thursday, Nov. 10, at 6:30 p.m. Chef John Castro will integrate coffees from Consumers Choice’s new line of sustainable coffees into each course in some way. Coffee expert David Lange of Consumers Choice will explain why each coffee was chosen for that course. During dessert, coffees will be brewed and served via thermal French presses; The Brew-Thru system and the Hario V-60 manual brewing system for coffee service will also be demonstrated with coffee tastes.
“We thought we would lift the ever-popular wine dinner up a notch to include coffee applications,” Lange said.
