Let me start by saying I've been a huge fan of Dak Shin almost since they opened. The last two times we've eaten there (actually had take out) the food has been so amazingly salty it was barely edible. The first time we let it go - everyone has a bad night.
Tonight our take-out was even saltier than the first. And the onion kulcha was thick and doughy. It seems like the staff has changed over almost completely, except for one person, in recent months as well.
Has anyone else experienced this? Are we looking at two flukes? I really would hate to see Dak Shin go down... it's been a go-to for us for a long time now...
