My survey of locally brewed lagers.

by Roger A. Baylor » Wed Oct 12, 2011 3:08 pm

My next submission to Food and Dining magazine is to be a consideration of locally brewed lagers in Louisville. This might be extended to include mention of regionally or even nationally brewed craft lagers, but I'd prefer to keep the main focus on Louisville metro brewers.

When the idea first arose a long time ago, it was going to be an excuse to give some love to Brian Reymiller. So much for that notion ...

I know we (NABC) do some, and Against the Grain does, too. What lagers are BBC/BBC/Cumberland doing lately? If anyone has a thought, please post it.
