Deeb's (Morris Deli) has long been my favorite place in Louisville to go grab a regular deli sandwich. Great service, cool neighborhood feel, and great in-house smoked/roasted meats...
...they've recently added a French Dip sandwich, that was apparently created by 'accident' according to the lady behind the counter. Said they sampled one at Sam's club (of all places) and decided to play around with it and put it out one day to test it out.
It's since been a best-seller, and is here to stay according to her.
...and it is AWESOME! I'd suggest dropping in there one day to check it out.
Tip: Have them throw a slice of Provolone on there as I did to send it over the top.
