I'll probably come see you tonight. Is there a menu available?

Many thanks to Stephen and Matthew for making me feel welcome with great conversation and the physical and verbal tour of the things that are going on at DCE. Thank you, Matthew, specifically for the great beer recommendations and Stephen for the pickled quail egg, chayote chunk, and salted tomato.

I was too distracted to memorize the menu, so hopefully Stephen will offer details, but I saw a ceviche, shrimp skewers, hummus, charcuterie, pickles, popcorn, etc... So happy to have a preview.

***edit - I forgot to mention how reasonably everything is. Definitely a notable fact.

Please Stephen, post it!

What these guys are doing is so wonderful, and I have a huge soft heart for building dreams the way they're doing it.
