It looks like El Rey finally threw in the towel and sold out.....not sure who the new owners are, but they are working hard at renovating the place. They plan on reopening this upcoming week.

According to the sign, Empress of China has new owners. Maybe they can return it to the fabulous restaurant that it used to be.
