I noticed today that Sato Zen Sushi and Sake has opened in the Kroger shopping center in St. Matthews (it’s in space near Hubbards Lane that used to be a Starbucks). For what it’s worth, one of the owners told Business First that it will offer fusion-style sushi -- "I’ll bet you no one carries this kind of sushi in Louisville," she said -- along with more flavors of cold sake than most restaurants have.
