Restaurants for sale

I got one of those spam email things at my work email a little while ago from Grisant-Head Realtors listing commercial properties for sale. The interesting fact was that Kaelin's is listed. If I remember correctly, isn't Kevin Wagner (Bristol) the owner or one of the owners? I am curious as to what's up. No biggie.....Oh! Stratto's was listed also. Nice place, never got to eat there though.

Mr. Wagner is also involved with the Bristol. Maybe he's decided to test the waters and see if there are any interested folks who'd like to keep the tradition alive.

I thought that Strattos was not for sale as a business but the actual building was.

Paul Grisanti of the Grisanti family fame has found a nitch in commercial real estate and handles many previous restaurant properties after his sale of Grisanti's in J-Town.

The previous Dillon's now being handled by Grisanti-Head has a ' Sale Pending " sign out on it. Curious to see what transpires.

Stratto's is for sale, both business and real estate. On an earlier thread, it was noted that only the property was for sale. It is listed at 1,570,000 for both. Fixtures and equipment extra.

Kaelins restaurant is not for sale. It has a lease. Only the property is for sale.
Marty (last name ?) was the corporate chef for the Bristol. He became the managing partner for Kaelins. Kevin Wagner and others bought the property.
