Who wants to move in to the ex-Greatest Gyros spot?

by Robin Garr » Thu Sep 29, 2011 4:51 pm

If anyone is interested in the It's All Greek To Me space, let me know and I'll connect you with the people to talk to. Thanks to the Greatest Gyros in the World having left the building, they're motivated to fill the space with a good new tenant. The space having been recently renovated, and attractively located on the Frankfort Avenue strip in Crescent Hill, it ought to be awesome for the right tenant.

Hit me with a PM or Email to robingarr@gmail.com if you're interested.

That's a good space, and if you're talking about it then it's a good landlord...

There might be an opening! :D Seriously, it's a great little space, with the expansion allowing room for both eat-in and take-out.

I actually talked to their owner about that!

Sadly, it's not going to happen. The numbers just didn't work. :(

I know, I also talked to them but it's certainly a great idea whether it happens or not!

Robin, Shoot me a PM with some of the details. Do they have a hood, and is it allowed if not, rent, etc... Thanks, I've been looking for a second location for some time. There is potential with the location. I await the info.. Sincerely, Bill and Susi

That would rock. Walking distance for me.
