Bacon Salt!

by Mark R. » Tue Oct 02, 2007 9:35 pm

Just found this while browsing another website. Now we can have the flavor of bacon that even cooking bacon and without adding any fat! Not sure how it tastes but I'm going to order some to try. Here's a link to the web site: Bacon Salt

It's even Kosher Certified? So our Jewish friends can experience the flavor of bacon!

They were reviewing this new salt on the Lambert and Lindsey morning show on 102.3 a few days ago. They were eating it on hash browns on air, and even the Jewish intern was very impressed by it! Seems like a likely candidate for stocking stuffers this year!

Bacon Salt is being aggressively marketed to the kosher community. It's a diverse market and some people have tasted the real thing while people who have been kosher for life have no frame of reference. The opinions seem to be unanimous that they like it.
