No, actually I prefer duck on the mid-rare side and was merely trying to avoid getting embroiled, yet again, in the age old debate about well-done steaks.(Steer away....) While everyone has a particular preference which I happily accomidate, some people do tend to agitate on the subject, indeed troll for a response, to the point where they become tiresome and boring (much like the average chain)................

Suddenly, I'm getting strangely aroused.....makes me wanna throw a nice Creekstone Angus Ribeye on the grill, wave it over the coals for a split second, and slather it all over my naked flesh (with cheez whizz of course)

I'm not sure but I believe that meat that has been cooked beyond recognition is carcinogenic (I.E. bad for ya chief) Perhaps you should re-examine your healthy chain lifestyle? By the way, my high quality meat is much too valuable to rub on my naked flesh (that was a joke) but I do have a special place in my heart for the Cheese Whizz....Hey, What's a donr anyway?? Gotta go now, got a full house just like the great places do....LOL

It was good enough to lose over 50 pounds and get to go from 260 cholesterol to 162...bad LDL from 149 to 80 and good HDL at 50 and the biggie Triglycerides from 434 to 152 with an average blood pressure from 165/90 to a 122/74 That is from August last year to my blood work results just about 2 weeks ago.....You may not think so but my Doctor says I am a changed man...I mean CHAIN..............So you can eat out at your local CHAIN and eat healthy....

Would that be like the naked sushi they do at RAW, except you're doing it with beef? You could charge $50 a head for that.

Now there's an idea! But, Alas, who would want to pay to see a middle aged dude do that? Plus, if I do it with well done beef it is so abrasive!......
