best Limo?

I *KNOW* this is way off-topic, but I swear, I couldn't find an appropriate sub-forum to drop it in and I *KNOW* that some/many of you fine-dining types would offer erudite responses! So here goes:
What's the best (quality & value) limo service here in town, these days? (8 people to and from downtown for dinner)

AnneMarie, I too had used Cosmo(politan) in the past and had a great experience with them. So I was really surprised (read: disappointed) when I learned that they had joined with "R&R" because, if one goes to R&R's website, it's a disaster! It's really just a giant data-gathering site and provides little, if any, information about the fleet or the company or anything. Does not give one confidence in doing business with them...
and Leah, Xtreme's (website) is a bit better, but only a bit. But I have put in a request for quote to them, so we'll see what response I get.
