Sushi or Hawaiian Seafood- as fresh as it gets. Seriously, drop-shipped overnight.
EDIT: Oh! Request a table by the window... the lighting fixtures add so much to the meal and you can people watch...

Definitely sushi. I've had some minor service issues, but Z's Fusion is a really fun place for a lunch or dinner.

had a great meal with excellent service. all in all i was very pleased with the entire experience.
had the hawaiian wulu. wife had the marlin. both were fresh and cooked to perfection. also had the steak tar tar and was blown away! very nice wine list.
