Hefeweizen for GABF

by Jeremy Markle » Mon Oct 01, 2007 11:46 am

Kentucky Ale is releasing a very limited amount of a single batch hefeweizen in the Louisville area as early as this weekend. It was brewed specifically for the Great American Beer Festival Pro-Am competition. Here is a link to the story http://www.kentucky.com/103/story/169030.html

The hefe will be available at Brendan's, Ditto's Grill, Cumberland Brews (as a guest beer), Highlands Tap Room, and Beef O' Brady in LaGrange (Dave Howlett at Beef's is a big supporter of local breweries). Flanagan's Ale House will conduct a special tapping on Tues, Oct 9 where you can also pick up a collectible Pro-Am Hefe glass. The hefe will also be available in growlers at all three area Liquor Barns.
